Fufeng Biotechnology Co., Ltd. boasts industry-leading bio-fermentation technologies for producing amino acids including glutamic acid and threonine. We have established a mature breeding system for Corynebacterium glutamicum and developed high-efficiency production strains, achieving stable and high-yield glutamic acid production with internationally advanced technology. In xanthan gum production, we master core fermentation processes and are the world’s largest manufacturer of xanthan gum, achieving large-scale production with high-purity and high-stability products.

We attach great importance to R&D innovation and intellectual property, and continuously increase investment in key technologies for bio-fermentation and amino acids. We own high-level national research platforms including a Postdoctoral Research Station, an Enterprise Technology Center, and a Key Laboratory of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs. We have applied for more than 190 national invention patents, with 110 granted, including 101 invention patents. A number of scientific and technological achievements have won provincial and ministerial science and technology awards.
